Level 7 doesn't have quite that reputation, but it's exactly where that difficulty curve starts. Beat this one properly, with real timing instead of luck, and level 10 will feel a lot less brutal when you get there.
Through levels 1 to 6, you can usually get by on reflexes alone: throw fast, react, and repeat. Level 7 is where that stops working. The core's rotation isn't dramatically faster here, but the gaps between attached balls get noticeably tighter, which means a throw that would have landed cleanly on level 4 now clips the edge of a ball that's already stuck. Most failures at this stage come from one specific habit: throwing the moment a gap appears instead of waiting for the gap to be centered.
